
Adi Keidar-Yardeni
Adi Keidar-Yardeni manages the social responsibility sector at Altshuler Shaham Investment House, whilst being a wonderful wife and a mother of three. Adi has a deep understanding of corporate responsibility, including community involvement, ethics, environment, corporate governance, and more. She also serves as a board member of NATAL, an organization that provides support and treatment for post-trauma victims.
In the wake of the 'Iron Swords' war, Adi was called upon to establish and manage overnight a command center that provided extensive assistance to thousands of evacuees from across the country, who fled empty handed. The command center, named "Wrapped in Love," also had an impact on other groups involved in its establishment and operation, such as Altshuler Shaham employees, senior citizens, business companies from the high-tech and legal sectors, leading athletes, and high school students. In recent months, Altshuler Shaham has absorbed the members of Kibbutz Nir Yitzhak, who were evacuated from their homes, and have been assisting thousands of victims, IDF wounded, and security forces personnel who are now in rehabilitation departments within hospitals.
Prior to this, Adi managed the marketing department at Altshuler Shaham Investment House, bringing with her extensive professional knowledge in marketing, sales, marketing communication and digital. She served as an infantry operations sergeant in the Central Command and holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Bar-Ilan University, with a specialization in psychology, criminology, and sociology.


Arod Belisa
Arod Belisa is a lawyer by training and holds a bachelor's degree in law and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. He currently leads the Ecosystem Insights & Solutions Department at "Catalyst," the startup and innovation division of Deloitte.
In his role, Arod promotes collaborations between international companies and Israeli startups in areas such as climate, health, and digital transformation. Previously, he served as an assistant to the CEO and Chairman at Deloitte, bringing with him extensive experience in formulating and implementing innovation strategies and identifying advanced technologies. Additionally, Arod is the Chairman of the association, which promotes content and curiosity-based nightlife culture. He is also a board member of the 8200 Alumni Association and the Heschel Center for Sustainability, and a partner in the Hoffman-Kofman Leadership Program.
